Gathering nodes bug

Hi i've checked this report area and can't see this anywhere so it might just be me but unlikely

What is happening is when i go to harvest a botany node that has a special affect (e.g. if your INT is higher than ??? then you get a 10% gathering bonus) the bonus is not applied i'm not sure if its just a text glitch as i can't say for sure whether i still get the bonus to my yield but thought i should just report this
