The update you guys posted for the Maintenance for 19 being done at 12:05am is dumb founding me i mean after all PST its almost 2 am that is 2 hours that have gone by after the maintenance should have been done and there has been no further updates iam surprised no one has noticed this but me i mean after all when you log on it says "THE GAME IS UNAVAILABLE FOR PLAY DURING MAINTENANCE" so explain this to me because i do not understand

The news item says that clients will update after launching as of 12:05am PST. I.e. you can download the patch now. It says nothing about being able to log in to the game. That is still scheduled for 2:00am.

I'll add that this is how it always is with every patch.

1) It's not 2am pst yet.

Bolding for emphasis. All that says is that the client will update itself the next time you start the launcher.

From the original patch notice from yesterday. From the launcher, click "Read More" or click on the ARR logo in the bottom left to take you to the Lodestone. Click on Maintenance to bring up all maintenance notices. This is the one you want:

At the following time, in order to improve the frequency of FATEs that were added with Patch 2.1, as well as address other issues, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds.

The post you were looking at is located in the Updates section of that news page, and those posts only discuss the contents of the patches and when they're available to download.
