Is there a reason why you can't commend more than 1 person per dungeon run?

It's already not special to get one. Be a tank or healer, boom commendations just for existing, even if you're bad.

It's true though. I got into a dungeon as tank via roulette and the guys said they were waiting nearly 40 mins. I got all 3 >_>
