Is there a reason why you can't commend more than 1 person per dungeon run?

It's already not special to get one. Be a tank or healer, boom commendations just for existing, even if you're bad.

I have 20, and 13 of them came from me in DPS role. I disagree with this. It's all about talking and doing your role right. PVP doesn't hurt either. If you get top damage or top kills, you'll get commendations.
