wsad - they stuck sometimes

Hello guys!,
This is a very weird issue cause it happens to me like 1/4 times i play the game.
My wsad simply dont work properly.
I use wsad for walking, and when the glitch happens my character aint moving at all.

Althou when i hold ctrl or alt button they start to work, upon lettin it go ( alt or ctrl ) they again stop to work. It seems that only way for me to get it work properly is to reset pc ( resetting the game do not help ) .

It is very annoying.
And it happens only in Final Fantasy XIV,
as i said once per 4 runs this glitch is showing up.
