Steps:
1. Objective was to kill 8 Efts and return with vials of blood to Cocobani
2. 10 Efts killed, vials in hand, quest journal says to return to the Thaumaturge's Guild
3. Quest does not appear on Duty Finder upon entering area
4. Cocobani does not have check mark to complete quest
5. When I approach Cocobani, he does not launch into the quest complete, he gives the standard answer if you approach him without a quest.
