Low Frames on Mor Dhona/Revenants Toll

Anybody else experiencing Low Frames on Mor Dhona/Revenants Toll especially when near the Aetheryte? Before the Visual update no matter how crowded it is there I stay at 55-60 fps but now when I'm near the Aetheryte I drop to 20-30 fps and when far from Aetheryte I'm at 40-45 fps..

I have been running maximum with no issues in the past. I even run bf4 with ultra. But after the new patch my game tends to stutter terribly. Not in dungeons though. For me it's not only rev. Other places too.

My laptop, I'm sure, is no where made for this game, but I'm fine in the meantime using it. Rev's Toll has always been terrible for me, but now, I feel like it's increased. I barely stay in there for more than like 5 minutes now. I get like 4 to 5 when I'm in there, or at least today.

I have personally found the game to be running significantly better after the patch.

I ran fine until the middle of last week, now my frame rate is horrible (my pc can run it fine on max, never had a problem before) :/ It's everywhere, including dungeons, except the inn

I usually run at 60-70 FPS on max everywhere but after this update my FPS drops to 5-10 fairly often in Mor Dhona, every other zone is fine though

I have an Nvidia 760 GTX running at 2560X1440 in Borderless Window and I run at "High Desktop" settings. I don't lag anywhere. Occasionally something will hiccup but it's almost always from server lag, not my end.

I am usally on 50-60 FPS on my laptop (Asus Rog Laptop) But in Toll it drops to 40-30 fps. It is due to ammount of people I bet. Playing on Max. I bet I can get to 60 if I change som sliders. But not that big of a deal.

Thanks for the replies. Now I know its not only me who's experiencing this.. I also run on Maximum settings and no problems on me at Mor Dhona smooth 55-60 fps even in Prime Time crowd before 2.1 but now on Mor Dhona the game stutters when I'm near the Aetheryte and frame drops significantly.. Doesn't experience this on Dungeons and other places though I'm still at smooth 55-60 fps.
