Duty Roulette while in a grp.

The idea of roulette is to encourage players to get thrown into dungeons with new people. Try to encourage community interaction.
I do feel as if pairs would be okay though, but the pair that qued up should not be able to give commendations to each other.

That sounds fair. Any more than 2 people queuing up in a group for the roulettes seems kinda detrimental to the idea of increasing community interaction, I do think the system should push a bit more for grouping people from the same server together for the sense of making friends you'll be able to see on a regular basis, not a huge deal either way if it doesn't happen, but it could potentially lead to stronger servers over all.
