Housing Clarification Regarding Future Plans/Workshop

I would like to know this info as well as my FC is aiming at the largest house over time on Cactuar

One of the early preview videos showed the inside of each type of home. The large house is only one that comes with a basement so I would guess that it is the only one that can house a basement workshop.

I remember clearly that Yoshi answered exactly this question in second from last live letter and only Largge size house / plot will be capable of having the workshop (I've mentioned it as well in the Big-House-Price-Thread). As mainly crafter I was planing from the very begining to get only large house for my micro-FC (less than 10 members) but after publishing the prices in the patch notes I can forget about EVER having the FC workshop (((

If that is the case, and I would still like an actual confirmation, then by his own statistics he has given the middle finger to 80% of the playerbase he deemed poor enough to only expect to afford a small plot of land, and whoever else he thinks should be able to afford a medium plot.

Bumping because small houses are ridiculous in size and people choosing to save up for medium should know what they are spending the gil on. Really hope workshops/choco raising etc are not restricted to large houses but either way we need to know or it would be silly to buy any other house.

Transparency? You want SE to be transparent post launch? Woo... the season is merrier for some than others I guess if you think they'll be that charitable before the start of spring.

Still waiting on an actual dev note for clarification on this. We've already witnessed that SE and Yoshi say one thing and something totally different is the end result...I don't even take patch notes and live letters seriously anymore.
