Is this crossbar setup fake?

hotbar & crossbar mix is what you see.

now you have more access to crossbars on your 2 buttons for a total of 4

I was using just 2 hotbars just fine for pve. but now for pvp i just cant do it like that anymore. having to take my thumb of the joystick is killer in pvp. now i have set it up so that i can access ALL my skills using only the right hand buttons. theres a lot of cycling, but i can vouch that it is much more efficient.

People keep telling me that i can do the vertical stacking but i have looked everywhere in the config and nothing. is this a pc thing? maybe it wasnt obvious that im on ps3, sorry.

so joypad means he is actually using a pc but with a normal controller right?
