Impossible Queue Times for Tank/Healer ??

My partner and I (lvl 50 Healer and lvl 50 Paladin) have been queuing everyday for a week as tank/healer combo for Cape Westwind. We have been in the queue on each occasion from between 100-300 minutes and never able to enter this trial. We have tried shouting in chat (no response) and even tried the new party finder.
I understand queue times for DPS are usually longer, but it's a tank and healer queuing together for ridiculous lengths.

I feel that the system they have in place is not working. Forcing an 8-man dungeon and making no end game content available until it is complete is unfair when you can't even get into the dungeon to do it. Either fix your queue system, make it more appealing for people to repeat this dungeon, or reduce it to 4-man. I love this game and i want to keep playing, but i see no point in levelling other classes when i won't even be able to raid until i finish cape westwind and the trials after that too.

Try shouting for it in a city or try using the new Party Finder. I'm not actually sure if Cape Westwind is on the Duty Roulette or not, but if it's not it should be. It's a pretty fun fight, so I hope you and your partner get to run it soon!

asking members in a guild might help as well, especially if you are having that much trouble. i never had to wait more than 45 minutes for anything, and that is joining as a dps, or you both could try to solo cue and see what happens

we've already tried shouting in a city as well as the party finder tool.

we've tried cueing solo as well but it puts us in the same group automatically and we can never find enough dps or other tank/healers.

the issue with asking other guilds is because we're in australia, the japanese servers run the best vs na/eu, and there aren't many english speakers on our server. so most of our requests go ignored, even when using the auto-translator tool se has installed.

Shout in the city states theres plenty of endgamers that will take 20 minutes out to run through it with you
Df is a cool tool but oldfashioned communication is way more reliable

Click Japanese as a language as well as English in the Duty Finder.
If you havent been doing this, problem solved.
I'm on a Japanese server as well, I get like 5 minute pops as a dps using that.

i agree except pushing every lamguage will work, also click join party in progress. i have ran many runs were i could not understand a word half my party was typing and we made it through just fine

i just logged in to check. english only was the default set. and join party in progress was not selected. i will try queuing tonight with every language selected as well as party in progress. Thank you for the suggestion i hope it will work!! will let you know! OMG i'm so excited now! Thanks guys!

It will also take a little longer when you queue with somebody. Im a tank and i notice it everytime when i queue with a healer, hell the queue isnt even that much shorter than if i'd queue with a dps. If we're talking about only one place with this problem then you could try to just bite the bullet and do it solo quickly.
