Concerning Behemoth Mount and 180-day Subscriptions--Devs Help PLS

a member of my FC said you can add a timecard to your account and it will adjust your paid time and give you the correct veteran awards, even if you can't do that via credit card right now. i haven't tried that myself yet, but am in the same boat as you, so i might be doing that soon just to see if it works.

NA doesn't have time cards. You have to suck it up and deal with it. It's not intended for everyone to get them at the same time anyways. Most people who got it subbed 90 days, then 180 when the 90 ended, which is right around 2.1 launch. You can wait til March. The plus side to this? You get whatever the 360 day reward is in march. The people who did 90 then 180 have to wait 3 months like you did.

Nah, the whole thing is stupid. I'm not dying to have the items but SE should be willing to take 14 years worth of subscription fees from me if I'm willing to pay it up front.

Then most mmos that do veteran rewards are worse? ie you have to wait the full amount of time before you get the rewards? No, YOU think it's stupid. It doesn't mean it is for everyone.

Uh... duh. That's why I said it was stupid because I think it's stupid. Regardless, waiting the "full amount of time" is still less stupid than being unwilling to accept more money from your customers.

Even if NA had timecards it still wouldn't work. I'm an EU player who learned that the hard way. I bought some EU timecards but I can't even use them because it won't let me add any time that will put it over 180 days. I just hope these things don't expire.
