    Duty Finder - Cannot find member replacements

    For the third time this patch, since release I have done a dungeon. I haven't been able to compelete one because as soon as we 'vote kick' someone who constantly disconnects or is offline we do not get the option to search for a new member.
    When the prompt DOES SHOW, it does not actually search for a member.

    There is no option on the duty finder to replace lost members and it causes the party to need to leave their group and face a penalty. This has happened mostly in Hard mode dungeons when using the RANDOM PARTY/DUTY. But it always happens.
    The onyl fix I know of is if one other member LEAVES the group to allow the prompt to show up again - this is ufair to the whole party.

    Please, SE. Fix it.

    Similarly, if someone is d/cing in the middle of a primal fight or trial and we have to rechallenge during their d/c, that person does not respawn in the battlefield, it won't let you kick them (the vote will pass, but the player stays in the party list) and as a result, cannot be replaced.

    I experienced this yesterday as well. A party member said they had to go, and instead of leaving the party, simply logged out while in the party. We vote kicked him and never got a replacement member.

    In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
