    Cant receive Pan of the Luminary

    I finished the achievement required to receive the item [Pan of the Luminary] in 1.0
    but i didn't talk to the npc that would give it to me.
    Now in 2.0 ARR i seem to not be able to receive this item anymore from the achievement NPC

    What to do ? plz fix.
