Your opinion is your own and I have no qualms with it but I wanna say that so many others will also disagree with you, FFXII was mainly well received outside the GameFAQs community. I played the game through once without using gambits, its possible and its slow but I enjoyed gambits because they themselves were a form of strategizing.

Its also the same system used in Kingdom hearts games. .Hack//INFECTION as well but that was more direct-command based.

People who want an AH are lazy. People who want auto-attack are poor players who don't understand the combat system. People who want "jump" are clueless. People who say there is nothing to do are the ones standing around in camps waiting on behests, or have way too much time on their hands to level every job to 50. People who say the world is too small never explore it. People complaining about the UI are most likely the ones crying about other games being WoW clones, and then demanding WoW features in every game they play. People who want PvP are playing the wrong IP. People need to explore, learn new techniques, study the game, and create enjoyable experiences with their friends.

My LS does stuff all the time. We do SP parties just like FFXI (but better) between Behests. We do leves waiting for our camping spots to respawn to full. We work on crafting when we are by ourselves. We do the story at a pace so we always have some filler content while leveling.

I love this game. It is unique. It's beautiful. The only things it needs are: more max level content, examination of a better travel system (not game breaking), and some technical tweeks. We do not need: a new combat system, a different UI, PvP, jumping, and an AH.

They could, and should be charging subs for this game. I want to support its development in any way I can.

The shortcomings of this game is the reason its failing and the reason they created a forum for ppl to say what they like and dont and what they would like to see done about thoes things.

Thoes that think like you are very very few doesnt think this game is made of fail like the last dude in a 100 man gbng line, look at the dwindling numbers in your ls, idk what server you play on where you are from or anything but its easy to guess that its the same across the boards. So that whole little fairy tale you wrote was a bunch of BS.

Very very few feel the way you do about this game i'm fine with that.

Again what I dont understand is why ppl who love this game bother with the forums at all you could be crafting right now, because for better or worse it may take about a year or 3 to make the 1st step, but SE claims there gonna change the game.
So wouldnt It be smart to not bother with us idiots that dont love this fabtastic 1337wootalicious original revolutionary game.
So you can enjoy it as much as possible before they change it?

The forums are here because SE knows the game failed and asked the fans what they thought, so i think ppl have the right to sing if handed a mic and asked to.

And the "shortcomings" are a matter of opinion. And we all know what opinions are like.

and no people who impose opinions on a game THEY BOUGHT are fans, just like you, and they are entitled to what they think. Throwing around words like douchebag also does not make you seem any more intelligent. I want this game to succeed so bad, but you honestly makes me want to gather up everyone who is on the fence and just leave and let you see how long the game stays afloat on the people that "love" it. If this wasnt a huge company and a numbered FF series this game would have been shut down for its poor launch. You may want to think about that. History proves me right.
