So I've done around 60 or so pvp matches and almost all end like this. One team has 4, the other team has 0. No close matches at all, it's all dominoes. Once healer / blm goes down the rest of the team goes with it.

Yeah having it all in a tight enclosed arena does that - in essence PVP is a question of "who can topple the first domino?" quicker.
I had a match that ended 2 on my side and 1 on theirs, so that was close.
Had a much come down to PLD vs PLD once... to bad ours wasn't so great ^^;
Yes, because many times it's close up until the point the healer/Mage drops.
Had a match where it was down to the pld vs. the war. It's rare, but it can happen.
I've had some crazy 8 minute battles where both teams were basically doing no damage to each other, or one team rezzes someone 3+ times and they still manage to win :/ Somehow this team rezzed the BLM 3 times and he didn't have any rez sickness. Our team couldn't put a dent on them, but we fought for 8 hard minutes. Wish I was streaming at the time so I could record.
But to answer your topic, I've had fights where both healers will die at the same time, or both caster DPS dies at the same time and it's an even match-up.
PVP really needs a ranking system, because we steamroll 90% of the groups and only have challenging and fair fights rarely. Since ilvl 55 Wolf gear is apparently as good as ilvl 90 PVE gear, it'll be really unfair after a few weeks for teams decked out in full ilvl 70/90 wolf gear to be fighting random teams.
I had one in which we all ended dead except for both tanks, and it ended being a duel 1vs1 between them. Was fun.
We won, too.
