    Garuda's Wicked Wheel.

    Hi guys

I'm wanting to know if there's any particular rotation/animation from Garuda that will tell me when she and her sister is about to perform WW? I've just this week started the extreme primals, and although I've beaten her a few times, I'm left feeling really anxious throughout the entire fight because of this specific attack. At present, I am spamming Aldo on the tank, whilst keeping lustrates back to immediately top up the tanks health. I just feel as though there could be a better indicator for when she + her sister is about to perform wicked wheel so that I'm totally ready?

I had a tank earlier that kept dying, and although I was poised and ready, we kept wiping because he was literally getting 1 shotted. I'm not sure whether it was my fault, or the tank getting hit by slipstream too?

Any help would be appreciated =3

Friction is what I look out for on the first sisters; friction > hit > wheel. But on subsequent sisters it can happen right as they are casting friction; makes it complicated, but that's the one to watch for. Fric-WHICKED WHEEL-tion.

Thanks a bunch! I really appreciate that. The next time I do a run, I'll look out for it =)

Yeah. I've also noticed that they will wicked wheel right after friction, but not always. I'm just keeping the tank topped and galvanized, which isn't really hard.

It's also important for the tank to utilize his/her CDs to better handle wheel. It's an attack designed to two-shot tanks and one-shot everyone else.

Ground targeted Friction -> frontal cone whatever it's called -> Wicked Wheel. Do remember that if the last sister dies after Friction, Wicked Wheel will not be cast. Also, tell the tank to use a defensive cooldown after Friction; the burst the tank will be getting after Friction is higher than Mountain Buster. Using Virus on Garuda after Friction also helps.

Yoshi-P is doing his best and is patching Endwalker. Please wait warmly until it is ready.

Its the tanks fault actually, its meant to be a tank one shot mechanic. I'm not sure what exactly they do, but a MT in my FC was explaining it before and I kind of zoned out. I still like keeping SS or adloq up on main tank through fight though to help just in case there's an oops moment.

If you can see it, there's actually a target reticle placed on the tank right before she does Wicked Wheel. It looks similar to the symbol that you can receive from other various fights. (Orbs from Chimera, Focus target from Flan in WP)

What you can do if you got problems to predict it.

As a Sch you cast E4E on the tank as he binds Garuda and Red. This will most like have them debuffed as they launch into the air. Since their skills will be synchronized after that any reduction is good. While they are in the air pull any Seline buffs (at least healbuff for bigger shields) Throw a virus on garuda (or Red via Tanks target if you dont want to switch targets) Arround the time Green goes down (depending on your group´s dps a bit earlier) drop a bubble. If the tank throws in a CD he will get down to 50% only even if garuda hits critical. With a crit shield up he doesnt get damage at all. Scholars CD´s are short enough to do this each round.

Heres my observation as mt in garuda,

if ur party is attacking chirada first and dps is good garuda and suparna will jump before using wicked wheel so healers have time for stoneskin and adlo and tanks can orepare to use cd,

if ur party is attacking suparna first wheel always come after friction because garuda and suparna wont jump

    try it out
