Straight Shot is now listed as 130 potency, down from 140.
Bloodletter is now listed as 130 potency, down from 150.
This was not shown anywhere in the patch notes, is it a bug?

That'll be what they call a ninja nerf, not a bug![]()
Hoping its a tooltip error. Im at work so I cant try it out...
I really hope this is just a typo. =[ Either that or Yoshi hates bards.
Just did a bunch of testing with another bard friend of mine and it seems that our numbers are matching that Straight shot is 130 potency, however the math is not showing Bloodletter to be at 130 but closer to 140 so not quite sure what is going on. More long term testing needs to be done but preliminary testing on our part is showing it to be a nerf of some sort.
Edit: Not quite sure now, doing the math longhand is showing no nerf. Still testing.

No they just hate bards cuz that is the only class with a broken relic quest >_<
My Bloodletter attacks were matching Heavy Shot in damage point for point so I'm pretty sure it's a tooltip typo. Probably something they were experimenting with in development but decided not to do. I can't confirm Straight Shot damage though, seeing as how it's a support ability for a buff though I don't think it'd matter much if they did nerf it slightly.Just did a bunch of testing with another bard friend of mine and it seems that our numbers are matching that Straight shot is 130 potency, however the math is not showing Bloodletter to be at 130 but closer to 140 so not quite sure what is going on. Greetings KV-1,
We appreciate you taking the time to report this concern you are having to us. However, since this sounds like a discussion on the current state of gameplay rather than a bug report, I will be closing this particular thread. We welcome you to post about this concern in the "Gameplay" forums in order to discuss changes you would like to done to the game.
