Not receiving Amdapor Glyph for Bard Relic Quest

It seems like this is a issue for any bard but I wanted to put my report down just for reference.

Time: 12/18/13 9:50 PM (Japan Time)
Frequency: Once. I'm guessing this will always occur though since other bards are experience the same problem.
World name: Malboro
Character name: Virasse Ayles
NPC name: N/A
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: Level 50 Bard
Party or solo: Party, through Duty Roulette
In-game time:N/A
Area and coordinates: N/A
Steps:
1. Queued for Duty Roulette, High Level. Amdapor Keep was the result. I was happy as I had to do it anyways as part of the A Relic Reborn quest.
2. Cleared and exited dungeon, expecting to receive the amdapor glyph for completion.
3. Did not receive said item for the A Relic Reborn quest.

Seeing that other bards are reporting similar issues in different parts of the relic quest, I hope this should be resolved quickly. Thank you.
