    FATE near Hrystmill seems to take a while to spawn, but, it's there. SE likes them some FATEs.

    70 pieces of Ice was enough for me to buy everything. Also, the Snowman head is creepy. >.>; There are some food items too and of course Fruit Cake found its way in there!

    Again a seasonal event with FATEs?..., you have to do exactly the same that summer event spam a FATE and get the items to exchange them with the npc?
