Quest: Hail to the King, Kupo - how to unlock?

Anyone know how to unlock the quest "Hail to the King, Kupo" ?

Patch notes say it is given by NPC:

New Gridania (X:9 Y:11)
NPC: Vorsaile Heuloix


But he is not offering it atm when I see him. I'm guessing you need to progress in the new main story quests some ?

I wish I knew. I tried asking my fc, I shouted, etc. Kept getting the BS answers to talk to the GC guy in Gridania, but nope, he does not give the quest atm. I heard from someone tho that you have to progress in the story but not sure how much.

Can't find concrete answers anywhere and it was pissing me off really bad I just logged off.

would not make sense to have to tackle extreme garuda, ifrit and titan before king mog. king mog only gives i70 items also.

Just do the main storyline quests and it'll open itself up. You need to trigger some events in Mor Dhona before it pops up.

It would be great if we could get an official response from a mod or the dev team on how to begin the quest chian. The patch notes make it seem as though the first NPC you need to talk to in order to unlock Moggle Mog is Vorsaile Heuloix in New Gridania, however that does not seem to be the case. I have personally gone to each NPC listed in the patch notes and none of them start the quest chain.
I'm going to take ShadowDan's advice and start the new main scenario quests, but some clearing up on prerequisites in the patch notes would be nice.

Go do the main story quest.

You got to start from The Price of Principles.

The Price of Principles unlocks Moving On.
Moving On unlocks Flowers For One.
Flowers For One unlocks All Things in Time.
All Things in Time unlocks The Resolute.
The Resolute unlocks Lay the Foundation.

Now, Lay the Foundation unlocks Better Late than Sever, Crate Go Kaboom and Rock-solid Protection (If you run around Revenant's Toll after Lay the Foundation some random NPC's have these, they're classed as main scenario quests, so easy to find.)

After you complete these, you unlock Hest of the Best.
Hest of the Best unlocks Pass the Smell Hest.
Pass the Smell Hest unlocks You're Gonna Cry That.
You're Gonna Carry That unlocks The Things We Do for Tea.
The Things We Do for Tea unlocks It's Possibly a Primal.
It's Possibly a Primal, finally, unlocks Hail to the King, Kupo. (along with The Gifted, which isn't related as far as I know)

Sidenote: I would have removed the name of the quests like the Patch notes do to prevent spoilers but 1. It makes it confusing to know where to go at first and 2. the quest names in no way spoil anything except the Hest quests.

Edit: When you get to the point where you have to: "Speak with <insert name> at the Lotus Stand." during the Hail to the King, Kupo, you might have issue finding it as the person you must speak to doesn't show on the map. You have to go to the Conjurer's Guild and speak to a Silent Conjurer there that takes you to the instance the NPC you need to speak to is in. Kind of confusing if you don't know where Lotus Stand already is.

SAME AS HARD MODE TITAN GARUDA IFRIT AND ULTIMA WEAPON NOT MAIN QUEST

good king moggle mog xii is part of NEW MAIN QUEST
keep do main quest and you will unlock it( i still not finish hm titan but unlock good king already)
