    Pet is Brokedid

So, with some of the new changes, we can't use our pet's action skills without having our pet on obey??? This is a stupid change (specifically for healers) and should be changed back. I don't like the fact that they have to be on obey as a healer, when healers SHOULD NEVER target a non friendly. It is a waste of our time. So, can we just change that back and let everyone be happy?

I agree with this part. HOWEVER, people are BLOWING this hole obey thing out of proportion. Once a pet is on Obey, you never have to press obey again unless they die and you have to resummon. The new patch is a god send for pet control.

FYI. If you ever played SMN, a good SMN ALWAYS used Obey on a mob before they started casting any spells.(this way the pet started attacking while they're casting and not after they cast)

The only time I've found this to be really irritating is if you're doing one boss fight over and over, and not finishing - like say, Titan HM. Then you actually do have to remember to set Obey/Heel every single time you start the fight. Even though I feel the present situation is better than it was before - at least I can actually accomplish my goal of having Whispering Dawn be an emergency ability, and I don't have to manually toggle the two hastes - it is still pretty darn clunky.

Keybind heel. Problem solved. As Karnage said this update is a godsend. I don't get why people are complaining about pressing obey once, the previous way of doing it was terrible, and this update fixed it almost perfectly imo

What I really dislike is that you also have to Heel (the fairy at least, haven't tried SMN) after using Sic or Obey. Otherwise, the fairy will be placed at the spot you pressed Sic/Obey... this is dumb.

I havent had this issue at all. I know on my SMN I didnt need to, neither was this the case with SMN in the past. Ill test it when I get on.

What encounter do you ever have to run around "looking" for a mob? Remember guys, you only have to hit obey ONCE and then its good.

The only thing I personally lament is being unable to control the skills while in sic. Yeah it's cool she'll use them on her own, but I'd like to have control at the same time. Then I could make Selene alternate her buffs automatically while I manually cast embrace. Currently that's not possible.

Other than that, no, obey is what was badly needed for these pets. And sic is at least pretty convenient with Selene.
