Thank you both for taking the time to comment in the only way I find acceptable. I am not going to start the tired debate about TOS being illegal as it is in International law. I only thought unlike most games I play/sub (WOW,RIFT,DRAGONS PROPHET,EQ2) this game may have some sort of credibility it would appear I am mistaken as no one except players replied to me which is somewhat expected though dissapointing. It is the fact that a quite basic net issue took a extremely long time that I thought Square Enix would offer compensation I am aware they will think they do not owe it but I am not debating that just wondering why they feel the customer should be responsible for staff issues.
Thank you again both of you as it would appear that SE has no customer contact numbers or links other than subbing issues I will review renewal as competition is vast. They have my game email so no need to sign in here again as its kinda pointless.
