Good luck with that. I post something similar time ago. and players reply where basically. "We want to stick with it, no reimbursement, we like to live paying for hours of no playtime"(sarcasm inside, but that's the idea)As the patch took in some cases close to 48 hours to fix and is still needing another maintainence I think it would be usual to offer some form of game-time reimbursement.
There is no customer service phone or link it would appear in this game so I am having to post in an open forum. I am for some reason unable to post in the technical section either so it only remains I am forced to post in the open section (Troll section). This is my own view I do not wish a debate I purely wish to ask for something I feel that Square Enix owes me. Locking the thread is fine by me as long as someone from Square Enix replies one way or another. It will decide for me if I am in a good game or not.
