Monk BiS help

So im sure its been asked many times but whats BiS for monk? Some people say its stacking SS some say Crit others Det so it's really confusing please help

Skill Speed is generally considered to be far inferior to both Crit and Det... especially since Greased Lightning III gets our GCD so low anyway.

Of the remaining two, I think recent studies have determined that Det edges out Crit slightly.
