    is it at the end of the quest that you pick up to attune for them? is it mailed to you after you kill the 3rd one? I'm a bit surprised with the lack of information on that part. all i know is -something- gives you 3 tokens once a week (i can only imagine the quest chain will be repeatable weekly) and "primal relic weapon"

    it looks like you follow the quest chain and beat all 3, then you pick up the above quest and beat all 3 again and get 3 tokens that you can spend on whatever you want (weapons shy of paladin cost 3, paladin weapon cost 2 and shield cost 1)

    You get 3 tokens as a quest reward after you finish the extreme mode quest line, then a weekly repeatable quest becomes available next to the token vendors in revenant's toll so you can redo it every week.
