Steps:
We queued for Duty Finder for The Navel (Hard) with 3 people. Myself, Sakura Kinomoto, and Doctor Tran. On our second attempt, we defeated Titan successfully and after we exited, Sakura and myself noticed we had no completion of the quest, but Doctor Tran had completed it for Warrior. We did not try to replicate this fight to see if it would occur again because this fight is not easy.

This is very frustrating since this fight can be quite difficult at times, depending on the group. Having to do the fight again for something we already successfully completed would be very disappointing. Please help us out and thank you for your time reading this.

I posted my own thread on this, but didn't see this one until now. I'll repost my details here to collate the problem in one place, as I'm hacing the EXACT same issue, at the same stage of the quest:



I twice defeated Titan on Hard mode for my Bard's relic quest (as a Bard - I have no other level 50 combat class) last night, but twice did not receive the Hyperfused Ore as a reward for doing so and the quest did not advance to the next stage. Please can this item be credited to my character and the quest manually moved to the next stage, as without GM involvement I will be unable to progress further.

Steps:
1. Be at the point in the Bard's relic weapon quest where you are required to defeat Titan on Hard mode.
2. Defeat Titan on Hard mode.
3. No quest item received and quest is not progressed.
