    Can't Update (Errors 11014 and 11024)

    Details:
    I just tried logging into the game for the first time in about 3 months and now I get 11024 and 11014 errors every time I try to update.

    Since was last successful with logging into FFXIV, I have not made any major changes to my system (IE: OS upgrade, new/different firewalls, AV, etc), except that I have a new router. However, I have added the port FFXIV says it is using to my port-forwarding list under both UDP and TCP.

    Steps/Frequency:
    Every time I run up FFXIV updater

    Platform/Operating System:
    Windows 7 Laptop

    PC Manufacturer & Model Number:
    Toshiba Satellite L305D

    Graphics Card:
    ATI Radeon 3100

    ISP:
    NTT (Japan)

    Type of Internet Connection:
    Optic Fiber

    Every once and a while I can get it to "start" downloading, however it stays at 0.0b/s for both up and down the entire time, until it finally goes to either a 11024 or 11014 error.

    Also, my boot version is 2010.07.10.0000 (because I did a fresh re-install to try to fix it), and the first file it tries to download is D2010.09.18.0000, if that helps

    EDIT:
    I just got an 11030 error after it sat at 0.0b/s for a long time.

    Same problem

    Hi, I've also been absent for a few weeks. Never had a problem before connecting to the update server but I have spent all day trying to do so and I keep getting this message:

    11024 Version check timed out. Please try again later.

    I have not changed any of my security/firewall settings since the last time I played, so I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't be able to connect.
