    Healer spec is useless, so go either tank or DPS. DPS parses a little higher than tank but not by much.

    I think the issue is the achievement that you got when you have leveled the chocobo to a certain class (Tank / DPS / Healer).
    If respec is easy people who got their chocobo to level 10 would get all the achievements automatically.
