Beastmen Dailys and Duty Roulette not resetting

Steps:

Step 1 was made during about 16:00-21:00 gmt +1 yesterday.
step 2-5 was made yesterday at about 0:20 GMT+1

Step 1: Did beastmen dailys and Duty roulette.
Step 2: Entered the Inn in New Gridania
Step 3: Summoned the Aesthetician and use his services.
Step 4: While browsing the different options, client crashed through a "Not responding" error.
Step 5: didnt log back in and went straight to sleep.
Step 6: logged back in at about 11:15-11_30 GMT +1
Step 7: Teleported to East Gridania and ran to Little Solace. There i discovered that i couldnt do any dailys for some reason. Further inspecting the Duty Roulette the dutys i did yesterday said that i've already claimed the duty roulette rewards for those i did yesterday and couldnt get any new ones today.

well havent tjecked my beastmen tribe quests yet but my duty roulette have at this point not yet reset after i did most of them yesterday so there might for some of us atleast be some problems with them

They reset around 3pm GMT yesterday, if memory serves. Maybe that's when it's due to happen - seems like it might be on a Japanese timescale?

I kind of assumed that they would reset in the am when you get new leve allowances but I guess that would make sense. I have to log in and see if they reset yet.

as of ealier, leves had reset but not df/ dailies.

They've now reset on Sargatanas, so it's worth checking if they've reset for you as well.
