I'm having severe mana issues cleansing the healing debuff from myself and the tank, even letting the 2 dps get charmed.
really lost on this fight

You can dodge charm by standing in the center next to her when she sings the song (it's a donut-shaped AoE).
If she disappears and reappears in the center, stay there to dodge charm. If she re-appears somewhere at the edge of the arena, move out of the center to dodge her charge attack. It seems like which one she does each time is random.
It is random it's even worse if she uses one of her songs and then uses the wind attack. If someone gets hit, they're pretty much guaranteed to be charmed.
Spam Divine seal>Medica II>Regen>Medica and then you kite so the adds don't hold you down. It seems you need to keep the party at full health to avoid charm.
Yeah, once you heal them to full it'll drop off. It can be hectic though, especially if you bound by one of the crawling adds
My party tanked in the middle and we all stacked. DD's killed adds and as a white mage keep medica II up. Usually right after she puts the debuff on someone, esuna that person then top them off, then focus on tank.
When she teleports, look out for her while trying to stay near the center in case she teleports there. This is a really fun fight though if your party can get it right.
Fight is pretty easy after everything figured out. But i do not remember cast's names, sorry ^^'
Boss has no immunity to stun.
Main ability she has - charm.
She places pre-charm debuff on party member (icon looks like hollow's face). As soon as debuff expires (10 seconds i think), party member becomes charmed and for 10-15 seconds will attack teammates. Monk with relic+1 was hitting my warrior for 1k+ per hit.
To avoid charming healer needs to heal person with debuff to 100% hp. Then debuff will be removed.
1. All adds should be killed by DPS. They are really weak and do low damage. Tank should face boss away from group cause she attacks with cleave.
2. Ignore spell that places poison on tank. It can be stunned but do not worth it. Just cure poison.
3. Sometimes boss turns on party member and casts DD with single-charm. It's avoidable. It has projectile targeting player's position but has no red circle marker.
So you can dodge it with moving aside as soon as you see boss facing you (like laser attack, Glower, of Coincounter - 2nd boss of Aurum Vale). If you fail dodging - you'll get pre-charm debuff and healer needs to heal you.
4. Mass attack which places heal debuff should be silenced or stunned.
5. When adds spawn kill crawling one asap. They'll disable one party member each as long as live. They do no damage, but affected player cannot act or move. Mostly it's tank or healer. So they are main threat.
6. After boss disappears she'll pop either at border of the room or at middle. If she's at border - she's going to charge through the middle, so you need to move to sides (like Ifrit's charge). If she appears at middle - you need to stack on her asap, cause she's going to AOE whole room, except middle of the room (like Hydra's Fear yourself or Chimera's Dragon Voice). This attack deals damage and placing pre-charm debuff. So if whole group fails to avoid it - moslty likely you'll have berserk fight
Hope i could help.
You can stun or silence the skill that gives the healing potency debuff but I think you have to be quick with it. Maybe it will help with MP if the skill doesn't go off as often.
We did what DeadRiser did. After a couple goes we realised her song was a doughnut shape so just stayed in the middle to avoid AOE charm. She will still charm individually so just fire a cure to that person ASAP.
I used Stoneskin a few times while the healing debuff was up on myself to save the WHM wasting MP and that seemed to work pretty well.
