Fairy spell cast always interrupted when taking damage

Fairy spell cast always interrupted when taking damage from normal monster. I find nothing about this in the patch notes (did I miss anything?). This happens when engaged in normal fight against monster, not only in pvp.

If this is intentional, this will hugely affect SCH healing output in fight against boss with AoE skills like Titan.
