Starlight Celebration Lacking

This years Starlight Celebration has begun. Unfortunately it is lacking the spirit of the season due to the absence of the traditional BGM. You had a highly appropriate BGM for previous years, why not continue to use it? I know it is too late for this year so please correct this oversight for next year.

I haven't checked yet, but are you sure it's not time-activated (in other words plays at a certain time, like how the Halloween event replaced the city evening themes with the 1.0 Halloween theme only when night time came around?). Having said that though, the summer event didn't reuse 1.0's Moonfire Faire track, so I guess maybe SE decided not to bother with the Christmas one too (sighs).
