Error 2002 When connecting to Data servers

Hello.

I am getting an error 2002 upon attempting to connect to the data servers. I am on PC. What can be done to fix this. I have been trying to log in for the past 4 hours. I am incredibly distraught that this is happening to me.

My friends are able to log in to their characters (even using my wifi and computer) except for me. What is going on? Please do something.
