Dodging whicked wheel and anticipating it is really not the issue at least imo, its the lack of space because the wheel covers the whole corner.

If there's nowhere to hide then your tank isn't doing his job properly. During Tornado phase, I normally just drag Suparna SW and facing the wall, about halfway towards it, mostly because it's difficult to position her right away with the melee dps on my tail. I wait until she does Slipstream, dodge behind her in the little pocket facing North, and stay there. That leaves a pretty big space for the melee behind her.

Just to be clear:

First phase - Wicked Wheel shortly after Friction
Second phase - Wicked Wheel almost directly after Slipstream
