Can NA have Time Cards Now [Dev response requested]

I was one of many who thought that subscribing for 180 days was the best thing since sliced bread with butter on it. And now that they've introduced a 270 day reward after 180 day rewards I'm a little upset that I can't put more game time on my account to get those 270 day rewards.

It seems the EU base is allowed to get these mounts with more ease as they can put in a Game Time Card to add days on to their already subbed accounts; where as we of the NA cannot. Instead we get Ultima Game Cards which only translate into Crysta and not game time; as Crysta purchases of game time are also prohibited from being used until our current subscriptions run out.

During the 2.1 Patch Maint, I happened to visit the Mogstation and noticed a new option to enter a game time card code. Does this mean that we can use the EU Game Time Cards in conjunction with our NA accounts? Or is the NA playerbase getting their own game time cards? please give us a hopeful answer so those of us who made the mistake of paying 180 days up front don't have to suffer as our friends ride around flaunting their behemoth mounts in our faces.

Edit: How many times do I have to edit this post for people to stop and actually read it? Apparently I have to highlight the important feature people seem to keep missing.. But I wouldn't be surprised if it continued to go right over their heads..

I don't think the mog station is based on region, so you could probably just use european game time cards.

Well then that answers your own question does it not? If the Eu cards are region locked then I guess you cannot use them on NA accounts. Which means you are either stuck with what you have or maybe in the near future you get NA time cards. Which i doubt, otherwise you would have them already.

Did you not read any of my OP? An option was recently added to the NA mogstation to redeem time cards. My question is if we can use EU time cards now or if NA will be getting their own Time Cards.

That option has always been there, it hasn't been recently added. Also, the Mogstation is not region specific, what makes it region specific is the account information from https://secure.square-enix.com/account that has been tied to it when you created a FF14 account. Besides you have multiple ways of paying atm including debit, which are options the european community can't use, so I doubt you will get timecards, considering you just got Crysta cards as well.

Also, I doubt you will get a developer response on it as it is more up to the executives. it sucks for the rewards, but alas, you have to work with what you got.

The option to add a time card has NOT always been there for NA users. What is a similar feature that has been there though is the bonus code redemption page.

I cant really remember off the top of my head but you can just buy crysta and use crysta to buy more time

Read my OP; You can't use crysta to add more game time until your current subscription runs out.
