[Bug] Fishing - Catching *blank*

I log in and head to my fishing spot for the first time since the patch today.
Cast my line, get my first catch and here's what I see in the log:
"You land a measuring 8.6 ilms!"
The icon that pops up to show me what type of fish it was is blank.
I check my inventory, there's nothing new.

Maybe it was a fluke? So I cast again.
SAME THING.
Make a catch, name of fish is blank, nothing in inventory, yet bait is gone.

It seems like "timed fish" are still biting on the line outside of the time when they should be catchable. Anyone else notice the same?

Well, look on the bright side. At least you won't get pregnant while fishing. Lots of sea men out in the sea.

Do you still get exp? Can you mooch these blank fish? Have you HQ'd the blank fish? Do you lose an inventory spot when you catch a blank fish? Have you set a record with a blank fish yet?
So many questions!

Maybe they're just really, reallllllly sneaky fish?

You actually CAN HQ a *blank* fish and then turn around and Mooch it into something better.

This normally happens when you are about to catch a fish that can be caught only during certain hours. If you cast your lure before the time is up and go to reel in after the timer has gone down you will catch a "blank".

Because I wasn't sure if other people were seeing the same behavior and wanted to confirm it before putting forth the extra effort to craft a bug report (since SE requires a ton of irrelevant information in the report).
