Really the only way to combat this is to put Random Aggro; however, that puts a big X factor into the boss fights. The two design paths shouldn't be: "Tank will never lose single target hate" or "Random Aggro that the tank has 0 control over"

What if some bosses could reset their hate after HP benchmarks?
