Differences between plot classes

Hi folks,

Have we been told, or have we otherwise been able to discern, what the differences are between the classes of plots? Do we even know why we would want a 1st class plot and what makes it qualitatively different than a nth class plot? I haven't seen anything discussing these differences, but I figure maybe I've missed something.

I presume you have not actually visited the housing areas, just like in real life price of the land is affected by location. If you want beachfront views or that sweet parcel of land overlooking a beautiful river view or waterfall cascading down next to your house it's gonna cost a bit extra. The same would go for a location nearby shops and convenient areas.

That being said I already have my eye on a pretty piece of land in Gridania once we save up a little more cash
