One million gil disappeared when withdrawing from retainer

NPC name: M'ikha (retainer name)

I attempted to withdraw one million gil from my retainer to donate to my FC for the new housing feature. Before attempting to withdraw the gil, my retainer had a little over seven million gil on her. After the withdrawal, she had one million less gil, but I only received 100,000. The other 900,000 just vanished into thin air.

I have no idea what caused this, but I can detail what I did in hopes that it helps. All of the following steps were done using my Xbox 360 controller on a PC.

Steps:
1. I logged into the game in my inn room in Ul'dah.

2. I walked over to the summoning bell and attempted to activate it.

3. Nothing happened, and my character was unable to move. I hit the B button a few times, and then I was able to move. When I moved, an "Event Cancelled" error message appeared.

4. I activated the summoning bell again and summoned the first of my two retainers.

5. I chose the 'withdraw gil' option.

6. I changed the arrow from 'deposit' to 'withdraw'

7. I activated the amount window using the controller.

8. I pressed left a few times and then up once. The value read 100,000, and the preview matched.

9. Since I was off by one zero, I hit down, then left, then up. The value read 1,000,000 and the preview matched.

10. I hit the A button to accept the value in the amount window.

11. I hit down to move the cursor to the accept button, then hit A again. At this point, one million gil was removed from my retainer. I saw my gil on hand increase, but did not look at the number closely.

12. I hit B several times to go back to the retainer select window.

13. I selected my second retainer and repeated the steps above, including some errors on the number of zeroes before finally entering the correct amount. After dismissing my retainer, I saw that I had 1.4 million gil instead of the 2.3 million gil I expected. I had started with just over 300,000 gil on hand and withdrew one million from each of my two retainers.

At this point I checked my first retainer again and found her to still be one million gil poorer than she was when I logged in. 900,000 gil was simply missing. I submitted an in-game ticket and was told to make a post here in the hopes of having my missing gil refunded.

Please find my missing gil and give it back to me.
