Any FC Bought a House yet in the server?
If so... How is it? You guys like it? Pros and cons?

Not mine, we decided it was best to just do a "wait and see" approach to this housing thing...although we did scout out some really nice plots in uldah and limsa...didn't care much to even check gridania out...if I can have a house on a river I just might though lol

S3XY is in the position to buy a small house at the moment, but I believe we are going to wait until the large plots reduce down to 62.5 million (50% reduction cap) and try to fill in the extra gil gap. We already have titan hearts, behemoth mantle, demonwall sculpture, garuda feathers, ADS plating, etc; but are just playing the waiting game to save gil. I am sure many other FCs are doing the same because of how high the initial prices were set and not being able to upgrade plots (SE you should change this!).

Definitely should change the idea of being able to upgrade maybe even for a few, so like if you had a small and wanted to move into a medium you just pay the diference...ya??

Meh, I think some companies will in time get one, but for the time being it's a gil sink attempt by SE to get gil out of the game to help bring inflation down.

You mean deflation. Prices for everything have been consistently dropping ever since release. And with RMT bots running rampant, there's no chance for inflation in the game.

If anything, they would be trying to remove the potential for inflation. But that's just silly.

They are actually controlling for the house demand. That's all. Yoshida was very clear.
