For me this led to the situation where I bought $50 of crysta to add 90 days to my 89 day remaining account. After purchasing it, I went to apply 90 days with crysta and the system now says "hey sorry we cant apply any more time until your 89 days runs out" (but thanks for your $50, you dumb&*s!). Called Customer support and was told that there is no way for them to apply the additional time as well, and guess what - no refunds, sorry for the inconvenience sucker! Luckily I have the money to spare, but the system is pretty flawed and it would have been nice to get a warning. Still extremely annoyed and feel ripped off by SE - always such poor account service systems and horrible customer support with inability to help you resolve anything.
