    i like put npc in house
    its make your house more lively and other player from different fc/non fc can also use the function
    its would be great if there specific buff in house like extra % exp for crafting in house

    The Housing Prices are fine. I'm in a pretty small FC (about 40 active members) and once we saw the pricing everyone got together and started raising money. Took us about a week of farming, crafting, materia creation, and selling to do it, But we raised 5.5 million gil to cover the cost of our plot (4.8mil) the building permit (450k) and some basic furnishings. Our house was ready to go Saturday night.
