Hello!

Currently there are no repair NPCs in the housing areas, but instead of providing a public one, we would like to make it so you can place one inside your own house.

We are also in the midst of looking into whether we can make it so NPCs that sell tools and materials can be placed inside your homes after patch 2.2. We would plan on doing this the same way in which furniture is placed in your house.

Thanks for the reply glad to hear this will be addressed. Actually I also wanted to ask if there has been any discussion of giving any kind of bonuses for this. An example being reduced repair rates if the vendor inside the player housing is used or anything along those lines?

You mean the Housing no one can afford because the Devs dont take into account people want there own 1 so are saving there gil, players who dont play anymore from 1.0 who have Millions of Gil & current players dont, players who dont play daily or do dungeons daily but instead do Coil/primals/raids which doesnt drop Gil on that level, Gil Loss due to needing it to level crafts (shard/crystals, materials), teleport fees, gear upgrade + materia, repairs which need to be done every 5 seconds at a cost of 1400+gil on So many different classes Daily! & that not everyone has over 20k or 400k gil Total on them currently. E.T.C.

& that currently the most people make daily is around 7k not the 20k yoshi said.

It's nice of SE to answer questions that are trivial while completely ignoring major question like whether or not future content like workshops and chocobo raising will be available to all FC plot sizes.

I get that some people are not happy regarding the prices that's fine but I mean this really doesn't have to ruin every thread. If you want answers or have questions giving these types of replies isn't gonna get you anywhere. Honestly as someone who is very happy about housing I would like a thread to discuss it, share ideas and in general improve things I rather not fill it with this. If you're unhappy because of the pricing that's cool but there are 500 other threads you can post in.

Tying benefits to it though and excluding people who can't get a house seems awful to me. Unless they plan to do the exact same thing for personal housing which most should be able to obtain.

In relation to NPC Shops in your FC House:

It would be nice if you could set your Retainers as the NPC shops in your FC houses. Or maybe you could use the character creator to make the NPC merchants.
I would like that quite a bit!
I have a few character models I never used and I think it would be great to populate your house with your own characters!
I think it would help to further customize your house into something even more of your own design.

See I think this is a cool idea. It would be cool to setup a FC retainer or something that you FC could use to sell items. All earnings could go into the company chest or something. When personal housing comes having the ability to put retainers in a personal shop would be cool.

I also would like to see the idea of a jukebox for housing where you can find music discs or something along those lines to personalize your place.

storage space is more important than anything a home can do, hope personal housing has it. im strained on my space.
