beast tribe daily quest bug

It seems like the allowances for daily beast tribe quest are bugged. I was in thalanan waiting for firestarted so did some dailies. I I did three and when i went back and turned them in my allowances had increased back to 6. I tried to take three more quests but it only let me take two and when I turned them in my allowance was zero and there was no sixth quest.

Also the journal hud panel text for the completion/turn in of the firesand quest is in japanese prior to that it was all in english if the duty window.
