Why are the Allagan caster items being changed back?

How is this an error compared to the original intention?
Yoshi explicitly said they were changing Allagan Armor pieces that had the same stats as Mythology.

SCH has THREE Armor pieces with the same stat make up as Allagan. We needed them to be changed more than any class but only melee jobs are getting the fix?

Probably because spell speed is a joke and because WHM also use that same armor? (which is loaded with spell speed). Unfortunately, you share allagan armor with those filthy WHM (I understand your pain, most SCH I know and play with hate WHM too)

Y: There was two error on our end for Alagan gear for healers, so we’ll fix this next week. Also some are misunderstanding on this one, for Medicara (2 on English?) the heal amount hasn’t changed. The additional effect added onto the character was reduced to half and duration was extended to 30 seconds.

And why do people think that all SCH and all WHM hate each other? Seriously people this made up rivalry is stupid. They both have a place in raids, its like pally and warrior, neither of them sucks, they just do better in certain areas then others...

I'm glad. Casting boots change was awful. Terrible. For both BLM and SMN.
I would have to buy myth boots just to get my ACC back and I'd lose crit for worthless spell speed.

The 2.1 notes came out less than a week after I got the Allagan boots to drop for my BLM. Glad to hear they are keeping it the way it was, saves me 495 tomes

Because if two pieces of gear share the same stats and one is for multiple classes while the other is for a single class you should change the one for a single class.
