Thread: [PS3] Game constantly crashes after patch 2.1

Never crashed or froze before 2.1
Now I crash or freeze or BSOD in between 30min to 4 hrs of game play.
All my drivers are up to date.

Same thing, on Excalibur. Playing 12/23 around 5:15am CT and game froze when going from New Gridania to Old Gridania.

Had to hard shutdown PS3, then system check, and loaded back in.

Very frustrasting....

Needs addressed!

Just froze 6 times in a row. Can't even stay on for more than 10 seconds before I freeze. Very frustrating. Cleared the ps3 cache and still having issues. Other games play just fine.

ive been having issues with freezes off and on since the patch. Also has anyone else been getting delay and spikes in battles like in duties n stuff? I only get it in combat since the patch.

And will the ps4 make us ps3 users on the same playing ground as pc users. Im tired of being dogged on.

I too have never experience any issues until after the patch.
Logged in first time after the patch, immediate freeze.
The second time I was able to get a little farther, but I only got so far with my retainer before the game decided to freeze on me again.

Never any issue before the patch. Hopefully this gets address and resolve soon otherwise I might be looking elsewhere to play, no sense in paying for a subscription that won't even allow me to play

Yup, been happening to me as well, and recently it's getting worse.. Can't even finish a run on Castrum before freezing the whole PS3. Have to turn it off at the mains.

& I can't risk crafting HQ items because I'll lose the materials when it crashes

I haven't locked up since the last round of maintenance on the 26th.
