HELP CANT FINISH Relic QUEST

COME UP TO FINAL PART OF QUEST TO HAND IN Radz-at-Han Quenching oil and it come up with: You cannot complete this quest until the following conditions are met:

wtf after : it show nothing and it get very anoying

This has happened to me as well. I tried re-logging and nothing...then I try abandoning the quest now I have nothing and Gerolt wont let me restart the chain. looks like my bard will never have a relic

I just wish I could redo the whole chain even tho I was done. I have nothing now, I screwed myself hard :P

I'm in the same boat test. Did just what you did, I even talked to a GM about it, and they couldn't figure it out.

i had that message.. i had the item equipped... once i unequipped it .. i was able to complete it

Same issue here.

I got the oil. Says 1/1 in quest log. When I go to turn it in at Gerolt the quest bubble still shows red and locked. When i try to turn it it says "You cannot complete the quest until the following conditions are met: " and then just blank.

Help!

*edit" The bow was already turned in to Gerolt prior to the 3x hard modes.

a gm contacted me today and spent about 35-40mins trying to help me with this problem.we had tried everything in his power to get it to work and nothing worked.he told me to wait it out that its a bug and SE is going to fix it soon

This exact error message happened to me, but after beating Chimera. The group beat Chimera first try, said I got the salt key item and the duty left my list. However, upon going to Gerolt, I got the error message about conditions not being met, but with nothing after the colon. I checked my key items and I did not have the salts. The group was kind enough to stay and try again, but now when I even tried to enter the battlefield, the same conditions not met error message pops up. Tried logging and reforming the party to no avail. Please fix this soon.
