Hyper Infused Ore Titan (Hard) Artemis Bow

Just finished Titan via duty-finder on my Bard, but did not receive credit toward the Artemis Bow quest.

After I zoned out I noticed and immediately took a screenshot to show the kill just in case.

Is there any way to have this restored? This is an awful bug!

Had two bards (myself and Syaoran Li) and both of us did not complete the quest. Did not reproduce because, well, it was Titan and that fight was not easy to get a solid group for and I figured having it happen to two people at once was evidence enough. Didn't want to waste the time when I know it's bugged for Bard.

Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.

1. Was on Relic Reborn Artemis Bow Quest
- Obtain a chunk of hyperfused ore in the Navel (Hard)

2. Queued up duty-finder for The Navel (Hard)
- 3 Part Members
a. Sakura Kinomoto
b. Syaoran Li
c. Doctor Tran

3. Titan defeated, passed on roll for loot.

4. Clicked exit teleport and left the dungeon.

5. Noticed quest did not complete.

Looks like there are a few threads of people at different points in the relic questline having this issue with it not completing or progressing.

Would like an official developer response, as this is trying my patience. This is a very bad bug, and we should be compensated. I even had proof of the kill.
