The new glow is pretty bad ass... I like the extra shine on the sharped axe area. Dual Harken is only better than +1 Bravura if you have certain gear set ups... allagan helm versus a2 helm etc.... the other case is if you are going MRD and building for DPS.. Dual Harken is not limited to job like the Bravura is.
